The royal castle in Dobczyce - located on a rocky hill above the Raba River, and more precisely on the Dobczyckie Lake, created by the damming of the Raba waters. The dam of the lake is supported by the castle hill.
The royal castle was located in the second half of the 16th century in the Szczyrzyc county of the Krakow voivodeship.
